At Sarah Candle Co., we carefully prepare and package each order with love and attention.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping time: Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages lost or delayed after being handed over to the shipping provider.

Because candles are sensitive to heat, we are not responsible for melting due to extreme temperatures after delivery.
