At Sarah Candle Co., each candle is hand-poured with care and intention. Because our products are handmade and fragile, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
If approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by improper use
- Melted candles due to heat exposure after delivery
- Shipping delays once the order has been handed to the carrier
